Azize’s new job as a shop assistant at a store sparks conflict with Devran, but the real drama unfolds when Pervin and Hamiyet get involved. Pervin, who can’t stand the idea of Azize working, fires her, leaving Azize fuming. The situation takes a dramatic turn when Azize confronts Pervin, saying things that no one else dares to say. The growing closeness between Devran and Azize becomes unbearable for Vera.
This is the story of six siblings, Azize, Cemo, Zeliha, Fidan, Samet, and Balım, who lose their parents in a single night and must navigate the challenges that come their way while trying to stay together and hold on to life. Although the story takes place in Istanbul, the root of the tragedy that befalls the siblings lies in their parents’ impossible love, which began in a small village in Mardin.
With no idea where to go, the six siblings set out on a journey to Istanbul, following a plan Samet comes up with. They’re headed to their “Lion uncles,” people they’ve never met but know their father trusted above all else.
