Pervin increases her pressure on Devran to have a child as soon as possible, insisting that he continue the Alaz lineage and uphold the tribe’s traditions. In response, Azize remains resolute in her decision to make her own choices, free from coercion.
Upon learning that Pervin’s family is seeking Devran’s hand in marriage to Meryem, Fırat erupts in a fit of rage. Yusuf and Zeliha’s relationship continues to deteriorate, ultimately leading to an unavoidable separation that brings joy to Haşmet and Remziye. Feeling cornered by the pressure from his family, Devran loses control and takes a step that will further escalate the tension between him and Azize. Meanwhile, Devran is drawn into an unwanted marriage with Meryem, while Azize makes a last-ditch effort to call off the engagement.
This is the story of six siblings, Azize, Cem, Zeliha, Fidan, Samet, and Balım, who, despite losing their parents in a single night, manage to stay together and hold on to life. Although the story takes place in Istanbul, the roots of the tragedy that befalls the siblings lie in the great love between their parents, Bala and Rıfat, which began in a small village in Mardin.
With no clear direction, the six siblings set out for Istanbul, following a plan conceived by Samet. They are headed to meet their “Lion uncles,” a family they have never seen but know to be the only people their father trusted.
